Located in Waynesville, Caesar Creek State Park
is highlighted by clear blue waters, scattered woodlands, meadows
and steep ravines. The park offers some of the finest outdoor recreation
in southwest Ohio including boating, hiking, camping and fishing.
You can start from the state park office or the Corps of Engineers
Visitor Center by picking up trail maps. There are about 30 miles
of hiking trails that lead you to the interesting areas of the park
with many scenic views along the way, including waterfalls, lake
vistas and the Caesar Creek Gorge in the state nature preserve.

This southern Miami County Park on Ross Road
off of Ohio 202 offers a trail suited for people looking for a short,
but scenic walk. It covers 2.5 miles, including a boardwalk around
and below the 37-foot waterfall. Geological formations and historic
remnants of the Miami-Erie Canal and one-time thriving village of
Tadmor highlight this park and its beautiful woods.

The Boonshoft Museum of Discovery is based on the understanding
that science is the process through which we come to understand
our world, and that play is the way children do science. Thus, we
are a place where play and learning come together so that visitors
of all ages can explore the wonders of the world. The Museum includes
a host of places for adventure - - That Kid's Place, the Hall of
the Universe, the Caryl D. Philips Space Theater Oscar Boonshoft
Science Central, EcoTrek, the Mead Tree House, Beer Discovery Center,
Charles E. Exley, Jr. Wild Ohio Zoo, and two galleries for temporary
exhibits - - where reality and imagination mix. Adventures are enhanced
through real specimens and artifacts from the museum's collection
of 1.4 million items.

The hangar/museum, with the aircraft, is open
to the public during the normal hours of operation, free of charge,
Tuesday, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. No
appointment is necessary during normal hours of operations; other
times are available by appointment. Memorabilia and souvenirs are
available for a nominal donation at the hangar/museum.
The United States Air Force museum is the largest
and oldest military aviation museum in the world. Located near Dayton,
Ohio this unique free attraction tells the exciting story of aviation
development from the days of the Wright Brothers at Kitty Hawk to
